This Cookies Policy explains how Properties.Express ("we", "us", "our") uses
cookies and similar technologies on properties.express (the "Site"). It should be
read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more
generally.
What are Cookies?

it. They allow the site (or a third party such as a security provider)
to recognise your browser and store limited technical information about your
visit. Cookies do not, in themselves, identify you personally.

Our Approach
Properties.Express is designed to be lightweight and privacy-respecting.
We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising, profiling, retargeting,
or any form of tracking across sites. We do not sell or share information about
your browsing habits.
The only cookies that may be placed on your device when you visit
properties.express are strictly necessary cookies set by our infrastructure
provider to keep the Site secure and functional.

These cookies are basic and neccesary for the Properties.Express to function.
In no way shape or form do these cookies fingerprint, identify, and or track you.
"Cloudflare bot management" is strictly designed to identify and or restrict automated systems from accessing the website and or abusing it.
"cloudflare securtiy checkbox" is a system only used when you send us a message through the "inquire tab" to ensure that you are a real person.
Third Party Services and data processing
Some features of the Site rely on third-party services that may process
technical information about your visit even where no cookies are set. We
consider it good practice to disclose these:
Our enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect
against automated submissions. Turnstile does not set tracking cookies on your
device but does collect and analyse browser characteristics, interaction signals,
and your IP address in order to determine whether you are a human. This
processing is performed by Cloudflare, Inc. as a data processor on our behalf.

Cloudflare Pages (hosting). The Site is hosted on Cloudflare's global network.
When you visit, Cloudflare processes your IP address and standard request
data to route the request and protect against attacks. This is a technical
necessity for the Site to function.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta pixels, LinkedIn Insight Tags, or any
other analytics or advertising trackers.
Your Choices
Because we only set strictly necessary cookies, no consent banner is
required and there is nothing to opt in or out of on our side.
If you nevertheless wish to block or delete cookies,
you can do so through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View which cookies have been set and delete them individually
- Block third-party cookies
- Block all cookies from all sites
- Delete all cookies when you close the browser
Please note that blocking the strictly necessary cookies listed above may
cause parts of the Site (such as the enquiry form) to stop working correctly.
