What We Collect
When you send us an inquiry through the form on this website, we collect only the information you choose to give
us: your name, email address, optional phone number, the type of inquiry, an optional property of interest, and your
message.
When you browse any page, our infrastructure providers automatically process basic technical details
(like your IP address and browser type) for security and to deliver the site to your device.
What We Do With It
We use your inquiry to respond to you. Because properties.express is a marketing and referral platform
(not a licensed real estate agency), we may forward your inquiry to a licensed real estate professional so they can help
you directly. That is the whole point of sending us an inquiry, and the checkbox on the inquiry form acknowledges it.
We do not send marketing emails unless expressed otherwise. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third
parties for their own marketing purposes.
Who Else Sees Your Data
Three service providers help us run this website and its inquiry flow. They handle your data only on our instructions:
1. Cloudflare (hosting, security, and the anti-spam check on the inquiry form);
2. Resend (delivers inquiry notification emails);
3. Google (Gmail mailboxes that receive inquiries).
If your inquiry is forwarded to a licensed real estate professional, they will process your data independently under
their own privacy policies.
Your Rights
Under EU GDPR and the Swiss FADP, you can:
1. ask what data we hold about you;
2. ask us to correct it;
3. ask us to delete it;
4. ask us to restrict or stop processing it;
5. get a copy in a portable format;
6. withdraw any consent you have given.

How Long We Keep It
Inquiry content stays in our records while we are actively helping you and for up to 12 months after our last
